Veronika Hirsch

Ms. Hirsch is the Chief Investment Officer of BluMont Capital Corporation and the lead Portfolio Manager of the BluMont Hirsch Performance Fund, the BluMont Hirsch Long/Short Fund, the BluMont Hirsch Long/Short Offshore Fund, the BluMont Canadian Opportunities Fund, the BluMont Canadian Fund and the BluMont North American Fund.

Ms. Hirsch, who has been in the investment management industry for 25 years, is recognized as one of Canada's premier equity investment managers.

Ms. Hirsch has managed funds at Prudential (now Mackenzie), AGF and Fidelity. While at Prudential, all funds under her management were top-quartile performers and she continues to post impressive results as a top performer.

Ms. Hirsch is a frequent guest on prominent Canadian business programs, regularly appearing on BNN’s Market Call.

Shawn Boire

Mr. Boire is an Associate Portfolio Manager of BluMont Capital and co-manager of the BluMont Hirsch Performance Fund, the BluMont Hirsch Long/Short Fund, the BluMont Hirsch Long/Short Offshore Fund, the BluMont Canadian Opportunities Fund, the BluMont Canadian Fund and the BluMont North American Fund.

Mr. Boire joined BluMont Capital Corporation in August 2007 from Fidelity Investments in Boston. Mr. Boire was an analyst and associate fund manager at Fidelity since 2000, where he assumed full coverage on over 150 companies in the Canadian and US equity markets. During his tenure at Fidelity Mr. Boire was responsible for managing sub-portfolios of four funds; including one of the first hedge funds within Fidelity Investments.  Mr. Boire assumed responsibility for analysis and trading of equity instruments in a variety of sectors.
