The Multi-Strategy Note Program offers investors the potential for enhanced diversification by combining diverse and lowly correlated alternative investment strategies that can be categorized into six broad investment styles – managed futures, arbitrage, fund of hedge funds, equity hedge, long/short equities and directional. This wide range of strategies employed improves the stability of returns by avoiding over-concentration in any asset class, sector or strategy.

The Multi-Strategy Note Program allows for the compounding of returns, as there are no distributions and no taxes payable until disposition or redemption.
